Role OverviewGEODIS is a global third-party logistics provider (3PL) that specializes in unlocking business value in a complex world. As a Warehouse Operator, you will ensure the steady flow of materials necessary for operations, monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks, and forecast opportunities for improvement.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include managing the supply of products to internal customers, ensuring adequate materials are available, and working with ILVC to handle expediting, shipping, and internal customer shipment inquiries.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
- Basic knowledge of demand planning and maintenance scheduling as it relates to materials fulfillment and supply chain
- 3+ years of experience working in a materials management role
- Experience conducting training on warehouse equipment such as electric pallet jacks, reach truck forklift, sit down forklift, and order picker
- Oil and Gas experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- SAP experience preferred. Specifically Material Management related.
- Inventory Control Experience
- Microsoft Teams
- Time Management- Material Coordinators must keep tight schedules and possess the ability to prioritize, schedule, and set and meet goals.
- Experience in Process Improvement implementation
- Experience with SAP IT system
- Familiarity with industry specific equipment and operations
