Role OverviewThe Warehouse Operator will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and completing shipments of goods between company and clients. They will coordinate with off-site logistics locations, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines and track all shipments. The role requires processing orders, ensuring shipment schedules are met, and developing and maintaining operational reports. The Warehouse Operator may also act as a point of contact for customer service and ensure the completion, accuracy, and delivery of transactions for clients.
What You Will Do
Daily activities include performing tasks for an assigned shift or within an assigned area or function, adhering to specific warehouse work instructions, and meeting company objectives in performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service. The Warehouse Operator will work with the supervisor, warehouse manager, and freight forwarding teams to identify areas to improve/enhance overall service to the client.

Requirements
- Forklift experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics
- Material Handling Certification
- Dangerous Goods Qualification
- Forklift Operation and Certification
- Some experience with Warehouse Management Systems
- Language skills: English (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic MS Office applications

- Base pay range: $18.32 - $22.90 Hourly
