What You Will Do
The Warehouse Outbound Supervisor will be responsible for developing and providing excellent customer service, planning daily work schedules, assigning duties to warehouse staff, training new staff, and keeping abreast of progress on problems. They will also communicate with operations managers and hold regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess group's overall status.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of related experience, including one year of supervisory experience, and a valid state-issued driver's license. They will also have a proven knowledge and experience in warehouse operations, forklift driver certification, and the ability to drive and/or operate a forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack.
