Job Description
We're hiring Package Handlers at OnTrac. As a Package Handler, you'll contribute to the smooth functioning of the warehouse, focusing on quality and safety. You'll unpack, sort, and load packages, working in a fast-paced environment. You'll receive benefits, including supplemental pay, 401(k) with company match, and paid sick leave. Must-haves include basic English language proficiency, ability to stay on your feet, and lift/push/pull items averaging 50lbs.

Requirements

  • Ability to stay on your feet while working
  • Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
