Role OverviewRyder is hiring a Permanent Full Time Pallet Inspector at our warehouse manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.
What You Will Do
Inspect pallets at a rate that meets company standards and in a manner that meets company safety standards, manually lift 70lb pallets from a stack to a rolling line, and conduct physical inventories as required.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1 to 2 years or more in Carpentry, Manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to comprehend basic math
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work within a diverse work environment
- Highly thorough and dependable
- Must be punctual and have a good attendance record
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Possesses a high degree of initiative
- Demonstrates a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Be a team player
- Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
- Operate power equipment in a safe manner
- Lift and/or push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis
- Use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements
- Work at a steady, fast pace while kneeling and/or twisting
- Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day)
