Role OverviewThe Planner/Scheduler will conduct regular reviews of transaction data within SAP to ensure that both internal and external customer expectations are consistently met. This role involves proactive communication and collaboration with the warehouse coordinator, supervisor, and manager to support seamless operations.
What You Will Do
The Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for monitoring warehouse order flow within SAP, releasing deliveries, and communicating with leadership as needed. They will also engage with customer service via email and telephone, monitor and close manual deliveries, and review key transactions within SAP.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or comparable experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management practices in a distribution environment
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- SAP LES, WMS or other ERP WH systems
- Problem solving
- Physical inventory control including cycle counting and physical inventories
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office products
