Role OverviewAs a Shift Lead, you'll help ensure your team's productivity while adhering to the highest safety standards. You'll work with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, assist with recruiting, and ensure company policies are followed.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include working with the On-Site Manager, recruiting and developing employees, ensuring safety and HR policies are followed, ordering supplies, and performing equipment checks. You'll also assist with forklift duties, track movements, and manage employee relations.

Requirements
- 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation
- Forklift certification
