Job Description
The Warehouse Shift Lead is responsible for all warehouse shift functions including shipping, receiving, and product put-away operations. They will also work closely with the Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics departments to ensure balanced and efficient day-to-day operation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in warehouse environment
  • 2+ years forklift operating experience
  • Minimum of a High School diploma
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple supervisors and teams
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with storage bays, racking systems, and inventory control
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others as a team mentality
