Role OverviewThe Shift Manager supports the manager of a store with low sales volume and routine operations, supervising non-management associates, assigning work, and focusing on store level operation performance.
What You Will Do
You will supervise day-to-day activities, assign work responsibilities, prepare schedules, and ensure all shifts are covered. You will also prepare daily orders, conduct on-the-job training, and resolve routine questions and problems.
