Role OverviewAssist daily operations, develop and enforce quality assurance protocols, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
What You Will Do
Perform under pressure in fast-paced environments, assist with dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, and support fleet operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences
- Bilingual Mandarin required
