Role OverviewThe Warehouse Specialist supports daily warehouse operations at a designated distribution center or cross-dock facility, working alongside a team of Warehouse Associates to ensure operational goals are met.
What You Will Do
Perform core warehouse functions, support Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner closely with the Operations Manager to drive efficiency, accuracy, and team performance.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience with leading a team to goal achievement, prior supervisory experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and organize work, along with strong follow-up, analytical, problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in both verbal and written forms with team members and management
- Ability to work overtime (as needed) to meet operational and customer demands
- Ability to maintain performance in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
