Role OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the Bolingbrook warehouse, logistics, and all incoming materials. He/She will work with inhouse buyers to ensure adequate stocking levels are maintained, implement systems/processes to maintain accuracy, and deliver materials to manufacturing when they are needed.
What You Will Do
Create and deploy a holistic inventory plan within the Bolingbrook factory, drive an organized, well-trained receiving, shipping, and material handler team, and ensure the physical layout of the warehouse and receiving environment is safe, organized, and ergonomically efficient.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years inventory/warehouse management experience, holds a Bachelor's degree, preferably in operations or business management, and shows outstanding leadership qualities and previous supervisory experience in a high-paced environment.
