The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisor role.

Requirements

  • Assist with design and implementation of work methods and operational procedures
  • Review shipping or receiving orders and requests for movement of materials
  • Develop work schedules and assign work to subordinates
  • Supervise staff, manage workload, and provide effective guidance and direction
  • Review work processes and recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product or service
  • Communicate with other shift supervisors and warehouse manager
  • Keep accurate records, and prepare and submit required paperwork
