Requirements

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations
  • Provide direct supervision to warehouse employees and onsite contractors
  • Train and onboard new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation
  • Conduct regular inventory reviews
  • Partner with the Terminal Manager to identify and address operational issues
  • Enforce company, customer, and OSHA safety policies and procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards
  • Reconcile route sheets and investigate discrepancies
