Role OverviewWarehouse Supervisors are responsible for overseeing and leading a group of warehouse personnel who work receiving, moving, picking, and shipping product throughout the warehouse and integration operations. They lead, develop, plan, and direct staff in supporting department goals and objectives. The position reports to a Warehouse Manager.
What You Will Do
Review safety protocols, identify process improvements, remove team barriers, ensure measurable results, provide insight on addressing production capacity constraints, guide ordering, shipping, and warehousing processes, conduct data reviews, recommend solutions, execute solutions, and promote WWT safety guidelines.
