Role OverviewAs a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee and lead a team of 10-25 warehouse personnel responsible for receiving, moving, picking, and shipping product throughout the warehouse and integration operations. You will actively participate in the warehouse operations and report to a Warehouse Manager.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing safety protocols, identifying process improvements, removing team barriers, ensuring measurable results, and guiding the ordering, shipping, and warehousing processes.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree
- 5+ years of warehousing experience
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience operating a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT), hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
