Job Description
John Tillman Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the Shipping Department. The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for all daily shipping activities in the warehouse and must be able to work where needed in order to complete the demands of the day.

Requirements

  • Coach and assign workload to individual warehouse associates
  • Release deliveries to the floor
  • Verify all completed shipments
  • Book LTL, Truckloads and oversee small parcel shipments
  • Communicate with Tillman corporate office Customer Service department and managers via email or phone in a clear and professional manner
  • Issue performance appraisals and disciplinary write ups with HR clearance
  • Participate in physical inventories
  • Keep accurate attendance records and maintain a productive work environment
  • Analyze and run reports as needed
