Role OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor will direct daily workflows, coordinate with fulfillment teams, monitor key performance indicators, and oversee shipping activity to keep shipments accurate, timely, and cost-effective.
What You Will Do
The Warehouse Supervisor will lead team hiring, onboarding, training, performance coaching, and day-to-day development, manage schedules, assign work, and monitor performance against daily key performance indicators.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of combined warehouse and supervisory experience
- Experience leading diverse warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA requirements, and shipping best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus
