Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading and controlling activities of the warehouse personnel assigned to the Shipping and Receiving departments, ensuring order selection and shipping/receiving functions are performed in an effective manner, and monitoring work processes and environmental conditions to ensure the safety of all employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving departments; previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Familiar with warehouse management systems
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Supervise staff and delegate tasks
