Requirements

  • Oversee the Wearhouse and Production team
  • Manage, direct, and implement operations strategies and objectives
  • Ensure new production line initiatives meet organizational objectives
  • Conduct training of production leads, dock coordinators, and distribution clerks
  • Responsible for evaluating and continuous improvement of processes
