Drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes. Manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities. Develop and uphold safety programs, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations.

Requirements
- 4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management
