Role OverviewThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing a warehouse department by directing the work of at least two or more full-time associates. The individual will oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, and achieve the appropriate level of production within established time limits.
What You Will Do
Supervise associates engaged in various warehouse functions, assign and prioritize daily tasks, determine priorities and work assignments, ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments, products, and materials. Lead regular and periodic department meetings, ensure labor and other expenses are in line with budget.
