Role OverviewThis role plans, assigns, and directs activity within our cold storage facility in a safe and orderly fashion. The Warehouse Supervisor will also be primarily responsible for the selection, training, and retention of our warehouse team.
What You Will Do
Direct supervision of a team of warehouse employees, including assigning work, setting and attaining performance goals, and managing performance in accordance with organizational policies and operating standards. Lead by example by living the company values of Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Impact, Humility, and Community.

Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years warehouse management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to solve problems and present information effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
- Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time
