Role OverviewThe Supervisor, Warehouse will lead daily operations in a corporate warehouse, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory management, and timely dispatch and receipt of material. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and operational discipline. The Supervisor will partner closely with Purchasing, Operations, Construction, Installation & Repair, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Key responsibilities include supervising daily warehouse operations, monitoring warehouse performance metrics, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies, and transporting material as needed. The Supervisor will also conduct audits, implement corrective actions, and ensure accurate inventory control.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Experience working with ERP, inventory, or warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and proof of insurance
