This role is responsible for leading frontline associates, ensuring safe and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional productivity, quality, and inventory accuracy.

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily activities including inbound receiving, FBA preparation, inventory control, outbound shipping, and returns processing. Success in this role requires strong leadership, effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience
- 1–3 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and shipping processes
- Proven experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
