Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor role is responsible for efficient, safe, and effective receipt, storage, inventory, and transport of components and finished goods. This role oversees a wide variety of warehouse activities, including shipping and receiving raw materials and/or finished goods, maintaining inventory and associated records, and supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in receiving, transporting, stacking, order filling, shipping, and maintaining stock records in the warehouse.

What You Will Do

The incumbent will lead warehouse operations, including uninterrupted delivery of goods to/from production lines and manufacturing areas, the receipt of inbound materials from vendors, and ensuring efficient inbound and outbound transportation scheduling, unloading/loading, and document execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing preferred but not required, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7-10 years' functional warehouse management and leadership experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational/prioritization skills with an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects while maintaining close attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Professionally communicate with customers on shipping requirements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work through processes, identify and implement process improvements, and resolve complex matters
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be a team player
