Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure quality control, and maintain top-notch safety standards.
What You Will Do
Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensure error-free order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and compliance with safety regulations, motivate and coach a team to meet productivity and performance goals, drive continuous improvement in delivery and material handling processes, manage maintenance of warehouse equipment, fleet, and facilities, develop and uphold safety programs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
4+ years of logistics experience in a warehousing environment, knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety compliance, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant logistics tools, experience with Lean/Six Sigma and project management (a plus!)
