Job Description
As a Warehouse Manager at SwiftX Inc., you will oversee the day-to-day operations in our warehouse, ensuring all processes run smoothly for both sorting and dispatching.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end operations of the automated parcel sorting process.
  • Operate and supervise automated sorting machines and related equipment.
  • Forecast labor requirements and coordinate daily/weekly staffing needs.
  • Enforce warehouse safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Maintain real-time visibility on parcel volume, flow, backlog, and exceptions.
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (volume, throughput, error rate, labor cost, etc.).
