Role OverviewThe Warehouse Support position is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of water, soil and air samples to and from the service center. The Warehouse Support team maintains the quality, hold time, and turnaround time objectives of the lab, as well as prepares and delivers bottle orders to clients following the SOP of the lab.
What You Will Do
Performs duties as outlined in the SOP for Couriers, picks up and delivers samples, bottle orders, etc. to the service center, receives and signs the Chain of Custody, and interacts with Project Managers and clients appropriately and professionally.
