Role OverviewThe Warehouse Team Lead manages and coordinates the overall operations within a department of the warehouse, developing strategy and goals that align with SEA strategy and goals. They maintain product flow, recommend equipment upgrades, and maintain the physical condition of their department area. They also maintain staff, develop staff to meet daily performance goals, and contribute to warehouse goals.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining product flow, recommending equipment upgrades, inventorying replacement products, maintaining the physical condition of the department area, and contributing to warehouse goals. The Warehouse Team Lead will also assist in recruiting, selecting, and training employees, and develop staff to meet daily performance goals.

Requirements
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Microsoft, and general computer software is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to squat, bend, and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to regularly handle tools and operate equipment
- Ability to feel or operate objects, tools or controls
