You will oversee daily operations, drive productivity, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high-quality work environment during our 2nd shift. This includes leading and coordinating inbound operations, overseeing inventory processes, managing warehouse flow, and ensuring compliance with reporting and quality systems.

Requirements
- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment required

- Basic computer proficiency, with experience using warehouse or inventory systems preferred
- Detail-oriented with the ability to ensure accuracy and support inspection processes (experience preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
