Role OverviewThe Warehouse Team Lead will lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations. They will perform warehouse functions, allocate resources, and inspire team members towards improved Key Performance Indicator (KPI’s).
What You Will Do
The main responsibilities include leading warehouse functions, allocating resources, and completing daily reports. The Team Lead will also assist in providing orientation for employees and promoting health and safety working methods within the warehouse.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One (1) year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred
- One (1) year or more previous experience as Team Lead preferred
- One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
- One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge and/or experience with an RF scanner advanced required
- Valid forklift operator's license certified
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective leadership skills
- Possesses flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Performs work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Working using health and safety methods
