Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison between builders, homeowners, and field teams, managing and scheduling service requests, and handling administrative tasks such as filing and tracking of municipal building permits.

  • Checking ITK or builder software for warranty related items
  • Approving invoices
  • Ordering parts needed for warranties
  • Tracking down parts
  • Delivering parts
  • Creating/updating tickets
  • Getting updates from service providers/KMS employees
  • Communicating with builders, property managers, superintendents, and project managers
  • Updating various reports
  • Applying for municipal permits
  • Coding receipts
