Job Description

Wasatch Peaks Ranch is developing a private mountain resort community in the Wasatch Mountains, seeking an AP Specialist to support accounting operations and financial decision-making.

Requirements

Coding and processing AP invoices
Supporting the accounting team in day-to-day operations and reporting
Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
Coordinating distribution of year-end 1099s to vendors
Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
Conducting research and analysis to support financial decision-making
Collaborating with team members on special projects as needed
