Job Description
HDR is seeking an experienced professional to serve as the Washington Area Building Engineering Services Project Delivery Leader. As PDL, you will lead project management processes, quality, and oversight of project delivery across the BES Business Group, and collaborate with leadership to promote skills development and mentorship of staff. You will be responsible for understanding and implementing HDR project management tools, and supporting recruiting and retention efforts for the program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 10 years of related experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software
  • Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
