Role OverviewThe Division Manager is responsible for supporting accounting functions, client support, and developing relationships with internal and external customers. This position is accountable for the growth and development of the division's revenue and staff. The Division Manager will work with the Regional Vice President to develop the budget and objectives for each year.

Responsibilities include supporting accounting functions, client support, meeting with the Regional Vice President, developing and maintaining relationships with staff and other departments, mentoring and developing staff, overseeing recruitment efforts, and developing cost savings plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- 5 Years of Management or Supervisory work experience
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Excel and Word)
- Strong Oral and Written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate good leadership skills and build teams
- Valid driver's license
- CDL license and DOT Medical Card preferred
