Role OverviewJoin our team as a Wastewater Treatment Operator, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing water treatment facilities. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you'll conduct essential technical and mechanical tasks, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of treatment and conveyance facilities.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will extend to daily operations, training initiatives, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance. You'll perform administrative work, write plant directives, and recommend improvements on processes and procedures.

Requirements
- Five years' experience in plumbing, well operation, distribution, collection water and/or wastewater treatment
- Minimum 12 months experience as a field Operator II or equivalent
- Arizona locations require a ADEQ Grade 3 Operator License in specific area of concentration
- Maintain a valid state driver's license
- May require a CDL (Commercial Driver's License), with appropriate classification and endorsements
