Role OverviewThe Water Treatment Operator is responsible for the daily operation and upkeep of the Water Treatment Dept.
What You Will Do
Perform daily operations, inspections, equipment monitoring, and preventative maintenance, including monitoring Water & Waste Treatment control systems and recording devices.

Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience in the operations and maintenance of Water Treatment plants
- Must possess or obtain within 12 months of employment a Water Treatment Operator Certification
- Must be able to read, write and comprehend the English language
- Must have knowledge of maintenance/water treatment language and terminology
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to routinely step up and down 18 inches
- Ability to routinely ascend and descend a staircase of at least 20 steps
- Ability to routinely ascend and descend a 10-step ladder
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 50lbs
