Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 7 years of wastewater treatment operations experience
- Valid driver's license
- Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License, or the ability to obtain a Georgia Class I Wastewater Operator License through reciprocity within a specified timeframe following hire
- Demonstrated knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, regulatory compliance requirements, and plant operations
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience managing and developing operations or laboratory personnel
- Experience with regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
