Job Description
Perform operations and maintenance duties on the company's Process water collection and pre-treatment system, monitoring facility's discharge, and maintaining equipment to ensure compliance with Industrial User Discharge Permit and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Perform daily monitoring of plant functions
Meet and comply with Industrial User Discharge Permit
Collect samples for onsite and offsite analysis
Operate and maintain wastewater pre-treatment and #2 Tallow recovery operation
Troubleshoot process, instrumentation, data, and mechanical problems
Perform basic maintenance, repair, and calibration
Document and report needed system improvements
Develop and continuously update operational SOPs and readiness plans
Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled in the PM program
Records equipment meter readings, water meter readings, and operation log entries
Safe Handling of Pre-Treatment Chemicals
