Job Description
We're seeking a Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead to lead and grow our existing Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management group for Southern California. As a key member of our Water Business Group, you'll shape how communities manage water for generations to come, supporting public health, environmental sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.

Requirements

  • Leading and growing the existing Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management group for Southern California
  • Supporting other projects in the area and working with the Water Business Group Manager, Professional Service Lead, Professional Development Lead, Market Sector Leads, and Business Development Lead on technical and business development strategies
  • Mentoring staff, delivering projects, and growing the business portfolio
  • Providing leadership through mentoring, directing, and delegating to staff
  • Maintaining focus on the execution of HDR's growth strategy
  • Supporting project teams to pursue and complete wastewater projects including planning, permitting, condition assessment, and design
  • Engaging in industry groups and conferences
