Job Description
HDR is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead to lead and grow the existing Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management group for Southern California. The successful candidate will support other projects in the area, work with various leaders, and develop and implement technical and business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
  • 10 years of experience
  • Committed to quality, improvement and HDR values
  • Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
  • Experienced in development and management of diverse teams
  • Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers on business class efforts
  • Strong technical background and experience in planning and design
  • Ability to travel; must be able to visit each office with wastewater treatment staff and visit Bellevue for leadership and key meetings, as needed
  • Strong active listening and communication skills
