Wastewater Treatment Business Class Lead

Requirements

• Leading and growing the existing Wastewater Treatment and Effluent Management group for Southern California
• Supporting other projects in the area and working with the Water Business Group Manager on technical and business development strategies
• Supporting project teams to pursue and complete wastewater projects, including planning, permitting, condition assessment, and design
• Engaging in industry groups and conferences
• Managing and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Implementing, monitoring, and supporting company policy
• Supervising engineers and junior staff
• Functioning as a project manager and lead critical area and regional projects
• Collaborating on business class efforts with area operations, marketing, project managers, and project delivery staff
