Job Description
The Watch Command Operations Manager provides strategic, administrative, and operational support to the Watch Command Unit, responsible for monitoring citywide incidents and ensuring timely response actions.

Requirements

  • 4-year high school diploma or its equivalent
  • 6 years of professional experience in emergency management, fire, police, or military service, public safety, public health, public administration, urban planning, engineering, or other specialized areas
  • or a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and 2 years of professional experience in the same areas
  • or a master's degree in emergency management, public administration, urban planning, engineering, economics, political science, or related field and 1 year of professional experience in the same areas
