The role involves performing water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup, as well as setting up, monitoring, and removing restoration equipment.
What You Will Do
Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and cleanup. Set up, monitor, and remove restoration equipment. Assist with water, fire, and mold remediation projects. Load, unload, and maintain equipment and work vehicles. Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements
- Previous experience in restoration, demolition, or construction preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight areas.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to participate in occasional after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
- Ability to pass a background check.
