Job Description
A seasonal Waterpark Attendant position is available at Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing rules, supervising guests, and maintaining a safe environment. Requirements

  • Greet and assist guests entering the pool area; monitor facility and patron conduct.
  • Enforce rules and supervise guests to maintain a safe environment.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • Report damages to facilities, attractions, or equipment to supervisors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure proper use of wristbands and access points to promote safety and enjoyment.
  • Offer directions and information about the property and surrounding area.
  • Support emergency response staff and complete other duties as directed.
