HDR is seeking a Water Proposal Manager to lead pursuit teams through capture planning and proposal development, creating and implementing effective win strategies. Requirements

  • Lead and guide pursuit teams through capture planning and proposal development
  • Facilitate creation of persuasive proposal and interview materials
  • Develop and produce proposals, work plans, and schedules
  • Write, edit, and refine non-technical content
  • Coordinate layouts and graphics
  • Lead proposal reviews
  • Prepare and coach interview teams
  • Engage and coordinate technical staff, marketing partners, and subconsultants
  • Support client development efforts
  • Maintain accurate pursuit information
  • Facilitate pursuit debriefs
  • Mentor and support teammates
