Job Description
HDR seeks a Principal Economist to lead, shape, and grow HDR's involvement in identifying funding opportunities for water resources projects across the United States. As part of HDR's Minnesota and Wisconsin Water Business Group, the successful candidate will work with Water Business Group leadership to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex water infrastructure projects and develop funding strategies for these critical projects.

Requirements

  • PhD in Economics or related field
  • 15 years of professional experience including staff management and development, client development, proposal writing and project management
  • 10 years of responsibility for client interaction and business development
  • 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management
