Water Resources Project Manager (P.E.)

Baxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a Water Resources Project Manager (P.E.) in our St. Augustine Florida office. As a Water Resources Project Manager, you will design municipal drainage systems, hydraulic studies, pumping stations, pavement, and local roadways. You will also perform land development design for private commercial sites, residential subdivisions, recreation sites, and institutional sites. Additionally, you will perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling designs for drainage basins, water quality improvements, and stormwater collection systems.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will involve designing municipal drainage systems, hydraulic studies, pumping stations, pavement, and local roadways. You will also perform land development design for private commercial sites, residential subdivisions, recreation sites, and institutional sites. Furthermore, you will perform hydraulic and hydrologic modeling designs for drainage basins, water quality improvements, and stormwater collection systems.

Why It Might Be a Fit

We are looking for a candidate with 5 or more years of relevant work experience, modeling experience using ICPR4 and SWMM, and experience and knowledge of regulatory agency requirements pertaining to land development including stormwater design. The candidate should also have strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer license in the State of Florida (or transfer from another state)
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience
• Modeling experience using ICPR4 and SWMM
• Experience and knowledge of regulatory agency requirements pertaining to land development including stormwater design
