Role OverviewThe Water Restoration Manager will lead the water restoration department at the Northern Virginia branch, located in Springfield, VA. The manager will have three main focuses: Increase water restoration business volume to targeted goals, ensure optimum use of staffing and equipment, and promote commercial and residential services to insurance agents.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include developing new and existing business, training and managing the water restoration sales force, promoting services to insurance agents, and ensuring project completion in established time frames and to customer satisfaction.
